I know this has been discussed before but I can't find the thread(s).
![]() Anyhow, I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my regular prescription and they also had a new one for me. It was 50,000 IU's of vitamin D. This seems like an awful lot to me. I don't know what my blood levels were as I haven't heard from the doctor yet, but obviously it is low. Do any of you take this much? How much do you all take? |
