I have extremely vivid dreams but have never thought it to be from food. I always thought it was my Avonex. But yet I can have dreams on nights that I ahven't taken it. One night I had one so weird that I fought hard in my sleep to get out of it. Since I don't sleep in the same room as my husband I don't know if I am restless enough that I would wake him. I know that i could write a best seller from them. Sometimes it can be an explicitly sexual movie and sometimes it might be a horror or sci fi.
