So glad to hear you didn't have a "nap"mare yesterday. I hope this becomes a trend for you and you don't have anymore of them. Of note, I almost always dream when I nap. I guess I must not be getting enough REM sleep at night either. But, I don't have "nap"mares, just vivid weird dreams.
