Default I have an issue with noise

I realize this is probably due to anxiety but I have become nearly intolerant of noise. I teach first grade and I used to be patient and kind. Well, I still try to be, but I find that noise almost makes me angry or sort of insane! If several try to talk to me at once which happens daily (heck, probably every five minutes) it REALLY irritates me. Also, other things. One of the teachers that I have lunch with (whom is terrific), has a really loud voice and likes to use it. I adore her but can barely stand to sit near her. Then, there are things like when my children turn up the music, or the TV goes on one of those extra loud commercials. So, anxiety I suppose, but curious if others have this issue?
