Since starting vitamin D therapy, my muscles have been feeling so much better. I have been far more active than I have been in the past couple of years. With that said, I went check out a gym yesterday. It's getting too warm for me to be outside walking. The gym is medically based and is a little different than your typical gym. There are lots of cardiac rehab patients and a bunch of trainers as well as a PT. Additionally, several of the trainers there have MS clients so that was a huge plus as I know they will understand the challenges we MSers have. I really liked it there and plan to start going there next week.
