i too get real itchy at night, i sleep with one of those wooden back scratchers next to my bed as it always seems to hit unreachable areas of my back and my feet and legs. I wish i could offer a better solution but the problem is sensory so after several attempts of calimine lotion, tea tree oil and benydril, they were worthless. I think a .25 xanax works the best-it knocks me out!
