In the morning I wake up, but feel like going back to sleep and I repeat this until it's like 10:30, then I have to make myself get up. I hate that. I literally have to think to myself "ok, gotta just roll over and get up now" I do it and after a few minutes I feel like going.
Just a few months ago I didn't do this....I would wake and I was up, dressed and riding the bike. I think I'd be in trouble if I had an early job. Even then I still feel tired all day. I can get along, but I can sleep just about anytime if I had the chance. |
