My sleep really depends on the day. I would love to sleep 10 hours but it doesn't happen very often. Usually I get 6-7 hours but it's interruped with bathroom breaks, (sometimes I'll self cath if I'm up every hour or two, that gets me a good 3 to 5 hours straight.)

If I get a hour nap after work I'm up later and the next day I'm tired because of a shorter night. That turns into a big cycle so I try not to do the nap unless I just can't stay awake. When we camp, 10 plus hours is a norm. I have teenaged boys and they always sleep late so my husband and I do too. We have a travel trailer and always run our air so we don't hear much. I love camping. Lots of sleep, good food, family time, and close bathroom and bed so an adult beverage isn't too much of a problem.
