Thanks Kelly, great exercises if you are able to do them. I
can do the ones in a chair but, can't get down on my hands
& knees or sit on the floor. (can't get up)

I know.....some of them I can't do (or won't even try) because I'd never be able to get up!

The one that you do on all fours. I've done that in PT using an elevated mat. (basically a very sturdy padded cot). At home I've done that one using my bed.
