What I've started to do now is this - probably since I haven't worked out at all for a while is just to walk for 30 mins a day. I'm also wanting to do a juice fast, but also might eat an apple a day since it takes a long time to eat a whole one. I have bottles of Bolthouse Farms Berry Boost, Carrot Juice, and Green Goodness to help me, since they are all real fruit and veg juice
