Hi April.

Go to your User CP(upper left corner, under neurotalk)..then click Edit Avatar. There you will find 2 ways to add an Avatar..either from another website or from your computer...(hit browse, then choose and click)

Be sure to hit submit. Wahalla!!!

If you need further explanation, just let me know.
