DDP Yoga - Energy - Multiple Sclerosis -videos.

Day one - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf0TBtnhhmg

Day two - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yErcc0vsKnQ

Week 3 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3F3-P_inSsI

I watched all of the above videos and my review is:::
Day one - When I was still walking, I could do this well.
Now, some of it on my couch, cannot get up and
down off of floor.

Day two - Same as day one.

Week 3 - See little or no improvement in exerciser?
He looks exhausted.

I could not keep up with these exercises, but some of you
youngsters may benefit as long as you do not push it beyond
comfortable.
