Welcome. Yes, please be really careful in the summer heat,unless you live in Alaska . Heat is a major downer for MSers. Must learn quickly how to keep cool in the heat. Lots of pros here to help out and give lots of advice and tons of shoulders if you need them.

Hi Tracey! I was diagnosed almost 7 months ago! I hope you are doing well! I am still figuring all of this out, one day at a time and ask lots of questions.
