Yep, thanks to Mrs. D I'm on the Slow Mag from WM. It helps the twitching for sure, I just don't know about the tremors. I do need more supplements in general, I was taking this:
http://rainforestbioenergy.com/ (I can't seem to get the product link right, go to products and then nerve formula)
I ran out and hadn't bought more, but I know I felt better. I just need to figure out if that one is right or if I should get each one singly.

Yeah, I do like a doc who listens. When I first met him he said he gets 80% of his info just listening to what the patient says.
