I have had tremors since my very first attack, and they have never went away. Haven't found med that works for it yet. I know some people don't like it but when I smoke pot, it almost eliminates it, helps real well with the brutal spasticity i get to.

Pills are out of the question considering i have stomach problems, hopefully they find something one day for all these terrible symptoms!
