Default Having to go to the bathroom more often

I don't sleep well at night. I may be asleep but my mind won't shut off. So I don't know if I don't go into a deep enough sleep that my bladder is also asleep or not. But sleeping light, my bladder is more aware that urine is accumulating. I am on Ditropan twice a day, have been for years. If I didn't know better I would think I have prostate problems!!!!!
