Default Am I coming out the other side of a flare?

So right around the first of July the tremors in my hand started. Within a week I was super fatigued. Tried the propranolol, which just made me sick, but it kind of worked while I was on it. When I went off the tremors started up again, just not as bad.

The past few days the tremors have decreased. It's still there, just not as often or bad as before. I woke up this morning like I just got over a cold or something, a little bit of relief, a little bit of cognitive improvement. Work was easier today, even though I have a huge amount of papers on my desk (because I have been slow lately), I'm not feeling overwhelmed. I have not made any changes.

Is this what happens? I'm sure I've read before that flares or exacerbations may go away. I'd love to hear from you all what has happened and timing of your flares.

Got the call from the MS dept that they got my referral and that the scheduling people will be calling me in the next day or two.

I will not overdo it in the next few days in case this is just a good day. I don't want to have more bad days because I wore myself out.

When I come out of a relapse, it's usually when I wake up from sleeping or I can feel it going away that day. Kinda just feel a sense of relief if that makes any sense. It's never 100% in one day with me, usually over a course of a week, but everyone is different. After a week whatever is still with me usually is there to stay.

I found a post on another site that said basically the same thing, that one day you wake up a little bit "better". That's totally how I felt the other day.

Now to see if the tremor goes away or stays a little bit. It's gotten better then I was, but still there when I'm tired, stressed, etc. It's not making my arm hurt, which was the only reason it really bothered me.

You may be coming out of a flare. It's such an awesome feeling to wake up one day and they symptoms are either mild or gone.

Feeling kind of yucky again, too tired, and my tremor has come back again. It had gotten quieter for almost two weeks. Still there, but not a nuisance. Last night I was standing up, holing my hand out as I was talking and my husband took it to hold it still. I knocked my soda over today trying to grab it. Sigh.

I assume it's stress. My DD starts middle school tomorrow. We went to the orientation yesterday and I know my DD is nervous about tomorrow. My MS doc appt is tomorrow too. I have to wake up at 5am!
