Default working out?

I'm trying so hard to get back to working out and eating right.

On Wednesday I lifted weights with a friend. Nothing over ten pounds and not really difficult either. I was supposed to push on each one until I couldn't anymore, but I didn't even push close to that far.

I woke up Thursday and my left arm was swollen and very painful. It's not swollen all over just in one spot, but that area of my arm is an inch bigger than the day I lifted the weights.

Now my other arm was sore, like normal workout sore, but it is almost all better. My left arm though, I can't straighten. If I try it hurts like something is stabbing me, and I get a horrible tingling in my hand. But the pain is not where the swelling is. The swelling is in my bicep and the pain is in my forearm.

My husband is thinking this is an MS thing. I think it's some kind of injury. Has anyone had something like this happen?
