Hey all - I just discovered a little while ago a huge bump or something between my legs. It's bigger than pimple, way bigger like the size of a nickel to a quarter even. When I try to mash it, it is very thick and round. Any suggestions what this may be?

It could possibly be a boil.

OK I haven't went to the doctor and I had my mother look at it. She says that its a big pimple or boil which ever. It has gotten a little bit bigger, and way more sore. It's starting to hurt to walk with it - but I have a big bandaid over it with some salve on it too.

Alrighty - well my mother just tried to pop the dang thing and it hurt like heck I can tell you that much. It didn't pop, even with a needle!!!!! So she said if it isn't better in a week, off to the doc we go where he will probably lance it and put in some stitches

Hello, sorry you discovered a bump. Maybe with this you better go see your doctor. Hard to tell just what it is, anything from a boil, infection, to a swollen gland. We do have glands in that area. Anytime you present with some kind of bump that doesn't feel good, go get it checked and be safe. Let me know what happens skywalker. ginnie
