Find out what best interests you first...feel the fear and do it anyway, as the book title suggests.
Try your best to keep the bad foods out of the house. I'm trying to lose about 60 lbs, and even though I use food to decrease anxiety spells, if it isn't in the house, I get through it. I find snacks that are crunchy like pea pods, hummus, vita top muffin tops, homemade smoothies and low fat milk shakes--and I am keeping a food journal and being totally honest with myself on it.

Keep up your symptom journal, and try your best to get out of the house for a bit every day. We become imprisoned in our homes and in our minds unless we can connect with nature or other people.

Don't give up on yourself!! You can be the best you can be...it takes a lot of inner strength and the "shh" when the self judgement starts. I suggest the book "The Power of Now." It has helped me tremendously.

good luck and keep us informed...
