The majority of the general population, approximately 85(?) percent, has a vitamin D deficiency. Low vitamin D is being linked to many conditions not just MS.

I figured out pretty quick that even the medical profession isn't sure what the right dosage is. It appears to be trial and error.

Even if retesting was not mentioned please have your PCP recheck your D level in about 5 or 6 months
