Yes Mesenchymal (Mesenchymal Stromal Cells my neuro called it) is very promising. Best part is NO chemo required before they reinject the mesenchymal cells.
I've told a MS neuro specialist about it last year, he said "interesting". Asked my Tysabri hematologist/oncologist if he heard of mesenchymal stromal cells, he said leave off the stromal part cause stromal means something like soup, but said he didn't know much about msc's. A Dr in Chicago will perform it for 30 grand I believe. Thanks for post and thanks to dr performing trial & lady getting treatment out in public eye! |
