i'm so sorry that nothing could be resolved based on the mri.
i would keep in touch with your neuro. you may have to give things more time.
keep track of your sx's in a sx journal with dates and descriptions. it may help your dr over time.

sometimes it can take more time for lesions to show up on an mri.
don't give up hope. MS can be hard to dx and may reveal itself more over time.
please keep us posted on how you are.
