Sal, I have never been able to stand chat rooms. It's lunacy. I was a beta tester for a little, tiny start-up in the 80s and to get free internet (which was then exclusively black and white, text only) over my 300 bps modem, I did the testing for the chatroom formats. They were designated to topics at hand and even we college kids across the country could not keep up with each other over dial-up with modems now suitable to anchor boats! Oh, that little start-up outfit later became known as AOL.
