Ah, Sal...sorry to hear you're aching so

The pain of fibromyalgia is so unnerving (no pun intended)...and no pain reliever helps me with it...MJ is the only "medication" that reduces my chronic pain. I don't use it unless it becomes truly annoying and without relief from baths, massage, etc.

I hope you can find some relief...it stinks to suffer from this kind of pain...

sal,
i hope you did go to the dr to get checked out. please tell me you did.

i usually rely on heat and meds. nothing else has helped me much, oh, and massage too for my muscles.

whatever med you take for pain use it this way; to better stay on top of pain take the med before the pain is too bad. it's better pain management to stay on top of pain rather than to chase it.

hope you feel better. that's tough to deal with. it's the first i'm hearing of this.
how's the car?

Sally I'm so sorry to hear of this, you were so fortunate not to have this "persistent" pain. Tell me...you weren't driving, were you? It sure shakes you up though, no matter what kind of accident. My prayers are with you for fast healing and no lasting pain.

As I've said before, I only take Aleve and it does seem to take the edge off. However, these cloudy, rainy days we've been having lately are taking a toll on this old MS body. The nurse had a problem getting my catheter changed Friday since everything was "spasming" so badly. Now it's leaking like I don't have one in. Always something...

Take care and feel better soon...

Thanks Peeps!! Between the Aleve and rubbing some Sportscream into my hip,
butt and leg is helping. As I heal, it is very sloooooowly easing up.
