Default die

Low sodium shouldn't mean no sodium. We all should be on a low sodium
diet. l got so used to low sodium, that I threw out my salt shaker..never
use it and, used to salt everything!!

I could nevah cut out my low fat chocolate cookies and fat free ice cream,
every other day. If I had to cut out all salt, I'd just want to curl up and
die....Hope neither ever happens.

Here's hoping you and your body can hit a happy medium.
