Default Stupid things that go wrong with our bodies

Sheesh...after caring for my DGD (who is 18 mos. old now) off and on over the past few months, I developed shoulder pain that hits in various areas of the upper arm. Sometimes it doesn't hurt at all, and other times it is extremely painful. I have experienced pain due to pinched nerves in the neck before, and am wondering if this is the culprit.

At the same time, my right hand is experiencing tingling in various parts of the fingers, along with pain. I fell in 2000 and broke my wrist, leading to 3 surgeries and probable arthritis. So I put it off to structural rather than neuro problems. But it is strange how it affects different fingers at different times, and times without any sxs at all...

it's been difficult getting a decent night's sleep due to the pain in the shoulder. Functioning with either side is rough during the day.

Not sure if I should cough it up to MS, or to see a doc for this...having MS makes me question every thing that comes up
