Fun times, with moving and the stress of all we need to do to our new (old) house, plus returning full time to work after being on medical leave & part time duties for 2 years, I hate to admit to myself that I'm not Wonder Woman, I am ill and have a disease that likes to poke it's ugly head in when things get tough.
Within the last 2 weeks, my neck (predominantly on the right side, but it does go all the way around) feels like I have a scarf wrapped around it. Not painful, very discomforting. If I put my hands on my neck, the feeling goes away. It's very much like when I had girdle-band sensation around my torso 6 years ago or more, only this time it's around the neck. I don't want to seek out medication to treat this - would rather avoid steroids. It's purely sensory so I'm going to just deal with it. If my vision becomes affected again though, that's when I'll be headed back to the ER and neuro. Oh MS, you're such a clown! ![]()
