My five months of limbo has stretched to 20 months. I'm hoping yours doesn't.

Last year I was walking/running 18 miles a week (in between relapses). After my last relapse I can't do physio exercises without bad muscle pain (glutes down -- everywhere I was weak from end of July to mid-September). I can't walk on uneven ground. Hoping to get back some of this -- I've done it before and I'm committed to doing it again.

Success looks different now.

Lost 40 pounds last year and have gained almost 30 back. I know exactly where you are coming from, Summer. And I'm sorry.
