Default Distance runner with MS - Kayla Montgomery
Here is a short ESPN documentary on Kayla Montgomery, one of the top long distance runners in the U.S. who has MS --watch her collapse at the finish line in her coach's arms unable to walk because of heat related MS issues.

He then cools her down with ice and she can walk to collect her medal. WOW. She can really run!
