Its such a great thing to be able to focus on the more positive, especially when physical situations seem intent on pulling our attention there instead. Hat's off to you Kitty for bringing in your New Year with that attitude and a heartfelt congratulations on your grand babies.

Most of all thank you for the reminder that we have a choice in where we rest our minds and what we focus upon .
