had any stress and excitement, lately. Sit back, relax, take a deep breath.
Let someone take care of you, for awhile. You deserve it.

After Holiday illnesses abound. I just got off of the phone, talking to my DH's X
(imagine that), in the hospital with breathing problems. The hustle bustle is
hard on us aging folks (not you), especially us with chronicle illnesses.
