The closest thing we have available to HSCT right now is Lemtrada... and it's readily available... In Canada and the UK it can be used as a first line treatment but in the US it's usually prescribed only if two other DMTs have failed.

2 weeks till I start it in Toronto, Canada. If anyone wants more info on it, I feel like I've become a little expert on it Feel free to PM me.
