Well, I must say, I am quite pleased with our rainy, cool day here. It has been what seems like forever since a good rain came through these parts. The critters seem happier too, so it's a swell day in MI.
I'm going to take my bionic leg for a stroll today. Maybe a nap first, then a walk (fumble, stumble, thump, drag).

DM's back from her urban oasis she loosely calls "camping". But, her little feely-thingie still says she's sad. I hope it's just an oversight!

I'm cranky. Let me tell you why.
I've been on three airplanes since Wed. I've had no more than 5 hours of sleep each night since last tues night. I had to attend a conference for work, which started today - Sunday (after arriving home at 1130 pm last night from the airport), and have to attend said conference for the next 2 days. I have a project due tomorrow morning with no exceptions. Who schedules work conferences for Sunday?! What's my plan? I'm going to bed and will get up at 3 am to try to finish my project before heading to the idiot conference at 8 am. I hate my job. |
