Hi Everybody

I'm finally checking after the move to Ohio. And wouldn't you know it's been rainy ever since. But that's ok cuz Denver is colder and rainier. ha ha

I'm feeling like I'm not quite anywhere. I'm at my sisters, but my Dad wants me to move in with him next door. I'm thinking it's a good idea. No smoke or dogs, I'm allergic. He's going to buy a mattress for my room. Then I can start moving. Living out of a suitcase still. That is contributing to my unsettled state.

I see everyone got AMN off to a safe trek of the country. Good, good, good.

I hope all our 'sickies" are feeling better finally. How's everyone doing? Did I miss any good stuff?

Glad to be back with you all. Check in later.

Hey there everyone!

I'm finally here.....still feeling pretty yucky from the roids (I think). Usually by now there's a difference for the better. Maybe being this time I was in a flare??? Still have some floaters in my left eye, but no more lights. Feel really weak, tired, blah......you name it.

Can't believe I'm sitting here actually thinking of closing the window! The wind is going crazy and it's "chilly". Wow -- haven't used that word in a long time!

Glad you had a safe trip Beth, and all the best in your new life! Give it time.....after 24 years, it took me quite awhile to feel some semblance of normalcy.

So AMN is off on her adventure! Have lots of fun but take it easy on yourself. Hope to hear from you along the way.

Sally.....thanks for asking. Yep, I remember those days when the kids were little and just starting school. Every germ that came along was passed around the family.....bleah. Now they're going through the same thing with their kids. I'm waiting for my groceries tomorrow!!

Hope everyone has as good a week as possible. Have to get busy and pay some bills -- the tax man cometh.

Take care......

Judy - sorry you aren't getting past the 'roids. Sometimes it takes me two weeks to get over them. I've only had them about 25 times over the past 6 years...and not just the one day pulses either, 3 days of them.

Hope you get better soon...

Glad you made to Ohio ok. Living out of a suitcase can be a pain. I've done that soooo many times in the many years of being moved around with the military. Getting settled in one place will be the best thing for you all around.

Take care and I hope you find some peace and quiet soon! You certainly deserve it.

How's OH treating you, Beth?

FG, are you doing any better? I know that the loss of Gary hit you pretty hard. Been thinkin' about ya'.

Anyone seen Chris, our cheeky monkey?

What about our official Monkey, Curious?

Sorry I'm so far aout of the loop lately, I'm having way too much fun.

Hello

Just thought, I'd give you the latest. I'm in my own room now at Dad's. Still unpacking and sorting to do. Looks like I just threw stuff in boxes and shipped it off. Don't know what I was thinking.

Going to go through my sisters garage and see what I left behind that she didn't sell at the garage sale. Geez!

Have an appointment via phone with my counselor on Saturday. I know I did the right thing leaving D. He always told me I've got no stress there, it's the easiest life. He was wrong. So much of what I went through is a crazy way to live. Won't bore you all with details, but suffice it to say I was really messed up to agree to that world. Although I do miss my dart friends.

I want to make a permanent break, return phone and keys to him before September ends. I was originally thinking Halloween as the deadline, but I cannot wait.

Next on my list is a car. I'm getting cabin fever and hate to be carted around, I want' my freedom.

Still got the headache, think it's from clenching my teeth when I sleep. I hope my counseling session will settle some things in my head and I'll be better.

FG so sorry for your loss. Prayers all around.

AMN lovin your pics and sounds like you are having a blast. So glad you went for it. Stay safe.

to All!

Hi Sally
Ohio is certainly beautiful this week. Last week was rainy then cold. I'm enjoying the 80 degree temps better this week. Going to soak up all the Vitamin D I can, while the sun is still shining.

How are you doing over yonder?
