This article was written in 2009 so even 6 years ago they were talking about the good effects of D3 on MS.

I'm not sure why there hasn't been more research on this seemingly simple way to help control MS. Oh wait.......Big Pharma is probably scared that if something natural and easy to use is uncovered their profits will be severely cut. Now I don't know if that's true or not but given Big Pharma's track record and the slew of horrible side effect meds they're pushing on us all the time I'd say that's it's more likely than not that they have their hand in the cookie jar.

I am beginning this week to take 20,000 IU's per day of D3. I will have my levels checked routinely and will cut back if my 25(OH)D levels get too high.
