Okay most all day today I have had a very weird feeling buzzing through my arms, legs and back of my head, around to across my nose...
It's almost like the buzzing hum of near laughter... The buzzing vibration that happens when something amuses you... But not actually laughing, or giggling or being amused... Just that buzzing of nerves that happens just before you laugh at something, only constant rather than that second between finding something funny and reacting to it. At least that's the only way I can think of to describe it. Euph...without the oria. Of course it's also common with the lightheaded feeling like you're going to pass out.. But again the one that hits seconds before you see stars and think you might pass out... But not seeing stars or passing out anymore than I'm giggling or laughing.... Just being constantly buzzed...like I've pinched every nerve in by or something, I dunno how to describe it well. BP is normal 117/68, pulse is normal without flucueations between standing or sitting at 78. So it's not like I'm going to pass out either. So I'm pretty well stumped and less amused by this symptom than my body seems to think I should be

It sounds like you've got a lesion that's aggravating certain nerves. I've had similar sensations.
It's nearly impossible to describe how it feels without sounding like a throwback from Woodstock! ![]() I'd just keep a log of my symptoms and when they peak. Mine always get worse when the barometric pressure outside is low and fluctuating. I can always tell when it's going to rain.

Hi Starznight,
Are you referring to a sensation of buzzing? Think of a cell phone on vibrate, is that what you are feeling? Vibration/buzzing sensations are quite normal although can be a little disconcerting when you're not used to it. Quote:

Yes, a vibrating type buzzing, like my genes were suddenly spliced with a bumblebee. I'm used to it when I'm tired, laying down getting ready to go to sleep, but this is a first when I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed. It's still going on today, not exactly fun but getting used to it now.
It does make me wonder if I might be getting another lesions or something, since my eye sight also got quite a bit worse yesterday and today I hit my mom with a shopping cart, walked into a display (thankfully of oversized teddy bears) and then stepped on my dad's feet when he was sitting down. ![]() Buzzed and blind, what a great combination... Would be so much more fun if it was the other meaning of "buzzed" and I was just blind drunk ![]()

My experience is MS always surprises me, Years ago in the beginning I had L'Hermette shocks run through my body, but they stopped long ago. I think i had auditory hallucinations for awhile with a sound like a far off radio and unintelligible. But not now. I can feel a hair on any limb but can open my left hand only really concentrating. I can'l walk but never get spasms. Very unpredictable this MS. I go day to day with this stuff.
