My opinion, for what it's worth --- it doesn't sound like Multiple Sclerosis but only testing, Neurological evaluation/exam and ruling out other possibilities is the only real way to know.

Much of what you are describing can be caused by many different reasons such as stress/anxiety, medications, vitamin/mineral deficiencies and other health conditions.

If you are not physically active (exercise) you can have weakness and loss of muscle tone. It takes as little as 2 weeks of inactivity to lose muscle tone.

All over muscle twitching (Fasciculation) can be benign with no known cause. Some known causes are stress/anxiety, medications, dehydration and vitamin/mineral deficiencies.

A person my daughter knows has ended up in the ER, twice, with muscle pain, weakness, and all over muscle twitching. The diagnosis? Dehydration. He created the problem by not drinking enough fluids and then believing he had a serious medical issue that required emergency care.

Thank you so much. People like you give me so much hope. I am getting tested for vitamin D, K, Ma, Ca levels. Wanted to add B6 and 12 buf I should probably ask my doctor about that. I just wanna know what this is. Sighs this is the hardest stage! I know diagnosing MS is hard. But I'm hopefull that this is just a vitamin deficiency.
