I was concerned that I'd be sore and that it would impair my walking even more but it's just the opposite. I can feel the muscle in my leg (thigh specifically) is getting a good workout. I can get up from a seated position with less effort than before. Small thing, I know, but I'll take it!!

I started out doing 5 minutes at 3 mph (twice a day) and today I did 15 minutes at 5 mph......and felt like I could do more but I'm doing this 3 X a day so I'm just going to increase the time and mph gradually. Small steps!
