I so agree! Allowing the Moderators to be *real* people makes the website much more comfortable. Members can go to their favorite Moderator for help, and know that they will be helped rather than shoved aside.

I am starting to see that a lady's gotta' have a tough skin and good sense of humor if she is going to survive this gig! :D

Thanks Sparky!

The tough skin is not necessary, but a good sense of humor, which you do have, is absolutely required.:D

We love ya, girl, or we wouldn't tease you.

For me personally, my "mod hat" will only come out of the woodwork when the "team" of mods need/ask for my input. So far, I think they are keeping their closest eye on me though, since I can be a tad anti-establishment. :p

This is a great group of people, so I'm sure this is going to be the easiest job I've ever done!

Thanks for the support.

Cherie

yeppers...we got our eyes on you! sheesh....did you know she licks the frosting off the cupcakes and puts them back? :p
