Thanks so much Judy, James, and Virginia.

James, I suspect that just maybe you are the same James that is my good friend . . . hmmmm? :p

Well you suspected right my good buddy.:)

Well then, you are probably just a little biased.

(I certainly wouldn't want Bobbie and hannahbanana to get a complex or anything.) :p :D

Cherie anti establishment? Bossy? Cherie is a good kid!
I can be biased too, I've had the pleasure of meeting her in person.
I know you will do a fine job.

Pat,

Lady Express called herself *anti-establishment.*

I am sure she will do a great job - one reason I started this thread. I do not have a problem with Cherie even tho' we have clashed a time or two.

I believe Cherie understands that everything that has been said was meant as joking with her and not as something negative.

lady_express_44 10-04-2006 08:44 AM

Yep, I admit . . . I am self-proclaimed anti-establishment.

Basically, that means I don't necessarily accept everything at face value, or do things just because "that's the way it's done". I am not that way just to be difficult though; it's just part of my analytical nature.

That attribute has served me well, especially in my career and in friendships where people appreciate that quality. Undoubtedly I have clashed with a few people over the years because of it too.

Thankfully, most of us don't hold grudges, have a sense of humor, and are blessed with the ability to see that each of us does not just possess one quality (or fault). ;)

I am what I am . . . Was that Popeye's line (I don't have a very good memory either)? :D

Yes, except he said it as "I Yam What I Yam"

I think Popeye may have gotten some of that bad spinach, though.:D :D :D
