There are few physical things I do to get as much pee out as possible. While sitting on the toilet I slowly bend over, then slowly sit up. Patience is key, I can never be fast in the bathroom. However I'm sitting I change it up. Lean one way or the other, forward or backward. If I'm sitting hunched over, a common position, I straighten up.
Then there's the brain trick. So often I think I'm done and wind up right back on the toilet moments later. So I occasionally will stand up and wait a moment before pulling up the pants. This all works for #2 as well. Hope you find something to help, poochie.
