Nice story!
Definitely excercise and jogging or going out for a walk is one of the best treatments against anxiety and depression. Governments should never disenfranchise people from the right of going out for running or just a walk, like in covid-19 peak pandemic situation. I hope they learnt the lesson in that harder lockdown doesn't mean necessarily less death. Strong security measures and sanctions, yes. |
