Gonna be gone most of the day....have an appointment about 45 miles from here, not thrilled about driving in high winds with rain possible, in a vehicle I am not familiar with....yuck. Have to borrow mom's van cause the engine light is still on in ours.

We're going for a diabetes education class, in hopes of getting hubby's blood sugars back under control....its been over a year that the numbers have been rather high, he's on insulin now and this morning's reading was the lowest its been in 13 months. Just hope I can learn something from this class.

Crystal, gotta watch that insulin and glucose level close. It doesn't take much to change it one way or the other. Hope you get some good info from the appt. and I also hope your husband is going with you.

Engine light on in your car? I've had my engine light on in my car for four years. Leaned it was an oxygen sensor that would cost $200 dollars to replace. Car runs just fine and gets great gas mileage. Chose not to fix something that I didn't believe was really broke.

Using you relative's minivan in high wind and possible rain? Be very careful and keep both hands on the wheel at all times. It doesn't take much wind for it to cause you to change lanes or run off the road.
