I just made the other day a big pot of pea soup with the ham bone from the smoked ham we had for the holidays.

This is the only way I will eat peas. When you start with the dry peas and it all comes together as one pot of soup creamed, it doesn't taste like the fresh peas. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!

You know Fly child, maybe it is your body, saying...Don't eat peas, you are allergic to them!

Now Taffy and Chicken w/ Rice anything that is a great story! One that requires a ziploc bag to this day! I don't do Chicken w/ rice stuff if I can avoid em'!

OK! I'm a little lost on this thread but I think I've been lost since the first post.

I think you're talking about favorite meals/comfort food while sick?

I love very hot, make your eyes water and tongue/lips burn Chilly Concaso!

Must have only Cheese flavored Doritos for dipping. If they are not available a good size serving spoon will do in a pinch.

just an fyi. we want everyone to feel welcome. this thread was for the members here to let off some steam. they were upset. it wasn't meant to bash or flame.
