I'm just south of the Dayton area...I love it here.

No way! You're just about 15 mins from me...Franklin...actually closer to Sprinboro (about 5 mins from the Dayton Mall).

I'm just a few thousand miles west from ya'll. LOL. The warm, sunny, desert. Nothing beats it in the winter. lol.
