I used to take orders for products sold by that company (among a few hundred other products made by other companies plus credit card applications) and most of the junk you see for sale on tv is crap.

i don't have alink for these because an OT provided them for me but i was having trouble holding vegetables etc to peel and cut up. She provided me with a chopping board that has suction cups to hold in place and the top has an adjustable clamp to hold larger items in place and a series of movable stakes that you can impale items on to hold them still to cut.
She also gave me a set of kitchen knives where the hand grip is at right angles to the blade so that it takes less effort to use- if i can find a link or picture i will post them!
