I'm slightly clastophobic so understand. Acually it's the feeling of being trapped, so I hate, hate, hate the "cage" they have to put over my head.

My "regular" MRI place pipes music through headphones and offers one of those sleeping masks for the eyes if needed. I use them, otherwise I would freak everytime I went in. My first MRI place had neither and I would routinely get panic attacks there.
