sometimes laying down with an ice pad on the back of your neck helps. a cool shower may help as well. if all else fails a half hour nap with some advil does miracles.

I know you have had quite the ER ride and are a frequent flyer there, but if you are vomiting, or cant take the pain, you may end up there. Try to get a handle on it now, before it becomes ER bad.
