I feel for you and I know what you're going through. You should see my notes . Work on not worrying too much about it. At least you know what you meant, right? Tell any one else that it's your new short hand and to learn it or go away.

All kidding aside (I really think you have to keep a sense of humor about all this mess) work on focusing on the happies. (((((Hugs)))))
